Return & Refund Policy

At Lustre Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are returned without the original packaging, may not be accepted.

We will respond with instructions on how to complete your return.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund—especially for late returns, items marked “final sale,” or returns that do not fully meet our eligibility requirements but are still in acceptable condition.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code that can be used on any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly noted on their product pages.
